One way to increase your nutrient density (aside from eating grass-fed, pasture raised meats and eggs, and wild caught seafood), is to increase the variety of veggies you’re eating. Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals and support gut diversity, as well as contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. What’s not to love?
