Cashew Cream Sauce (Vegan, Paleo, Whole30)

  • 2 cups organic cashews
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups water

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews in filtered water for 2 hours
  • Drain the cashews from the water and add them to a magic bullet, food processor, or blender
  • Add the lemon juice and 1.5 cups of water
  • blend until smooth

Notes

If you want your sauce to have a thinner, add more water until it's at your desired consistency!
