Cashew Cream Sauce (Vegan, Paleo, Whole30)
Autoimmune, dairy-free, meal prep
Soak the cashews in filtered water for 2 hours
Drain the cashews from the water and add them to a magic bullet, food processor, or blender
Add the lemon juice and 1.5 cups of water
blend until smooth
If you want your sauce to have a thinner, add more water until it's at your desired consistency!
