Easy paleo sheet pan steak dinner

Sheet Pan Steak Recipe

This is an easy meal prep or weeknight recipe!

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 cups broccoli cut into bite size chunks
  • 1.5 cups red onion cut into chunks
  • 2 lbs 1 inch thick sirloin steaks patted dry and lightly salted

Instructions
 

  • combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until all ingredients are coated with the marinade
  • Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (optional but helps the flavors sink in!)
  • Preheat the oven to broil
  • Put all ingredients on a baking sheet in a single layer
  • Place in the oven and broil until the steak is browned (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare) or until desired doneness
  • Let rest for 3-5 minutes
  • Serve immediately with cauliflower rice
