Welcome to Rooted in Healing
Hey there! I’m a Nutrition Therapy Consultant who helps women navigate chronic illness and mental health issues by getting to the root of what’s causing them. I believe whole body wellness relies on the foundations of health: proper digestion, fatty acid balance, blood sugar regulation, mineral balance, and hydration.
When I’m not helping women feel their best, I am developing recipes in my kitchen, photographing and blogging about said recipes, playing with my dogs, gardening, collecting eggs from our five chickens, or escaping on a camping adventure in the Rocky Mountains with my husband.
I know it’s scary to get started on a healing journey and that there’s an abundance of information out there on how to approach well-being. I want to hold your hand as you embark on this journey and help you feel less alone.
