If you’re on the candida diet and you’ve been missing sweet treats, look no further. This coconut whip is perfectly delicious without sugar. If your body tolerates sweet stuff, consider adding 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey. If you’re on the autoimmune paleo diet, omit the vanilla and sub almond butter for tiger nut butter!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of full fat coconut milk (refrigerated over night)

3 Tbsp of almond butter (crunchy and smooth both work!)

1/8 tsp of vanilla extract

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method:

Place all ingredients in a Kitchen Aid mixer on high for 30 seconds

Scoop into small bowls and enjoy with optional toppings like apples or berries
